As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) working with Headway, you can launch or grow your private practice by accepting insurance effortlessly and managing your schedule flexibly. Headway provides essential resources such as credentialing and marketing support to help you increase your caseload while focusing on patient care. This role allows for remote work and flexible hours, facilitating both in-person and telehealth sessions to improve access to mental health services.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
