Job Summary: A Nail Technician provides exceptional guest service through professional nail, hand, and foot treatments. Responsibilities: Provide consistent, professional nail, hand, and foot treatments following spa protocols and certification standards. Care for equipment properly and use products efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain thorough knowledge of all services and products; educate and train guests accordingly. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as per laws and policies. Prepare treatment rooms, clean, and restock supplies as needed. Promote spa treatments, services, retail, and special programs. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with spa trends. Perform all nail, hand, and foot services offered by the resort spa. Basic Qualifications: Hold and maintain a valid state Nail Technician license (Hawaii). Demonstrate enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment. Ability to handle sensitive situations with minimal supervision. Confidently utilize service recovery techniques. Proactive in anticipating guest needs. Knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. Preferred Qualifications: Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese languages is a plus. Additional Information: Part-time: Available for at least 3 full days, including weekends; up to 40 hours during training. Full-time: Available 7 days a week, up to 40 hours.
