We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Medicare Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their Medicare options, providing them with essential information and guidance to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. Your expertise in insurance sales and customer service will be crucial in helping clients understand their benefits and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the Medicare enrollment process and explain various plan options.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans based on their individual circumstances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
  • Stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and assisting them with any future inquiries.
  • Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-ups to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

 

Requirements

  • Must have ACTIVE Health License
  • AT LEAST six months or proven experience in Medicare insurance sales ( must reflect on updated resume ).
  • Must get appointed with the following carriers : Aetna, Anthem, Devoted, Humana, Molina, United Health Care & WellCare.
  • Must be released or terminated from previous/ current upline.
  • A valid insurance license is required.
  • Must be 2025 AHIP certified and be able to provide a copy of certificate upon hire.

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably within the Medicare sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
  • Ability to analyze client situations effectively to provide tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes related to Medicare plans.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

 

Additional Information

  • Agents earn $300in commission per policy.
    • $150 advance /$150 after 120-day effectuation. (AEP)
    • $200 advance /$100 after effectuation (OEP/SEP)
  • HRA pays 100% to agent
  • Inbound Tele-sales role
    • All inbound calls generated by Presidents club
    • Leads are free to agent
  • 1099 Contractor ( no salary & no residual income )
