Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for proving technical support in the planning, coordination, and execution of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) activities related to the implementation of enterprise ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, UKG, Infor, etc.). This role acts as a strategic partner to HR, IT, and other business units, ensuring that system configurations and process designs meet organizational goals and compliance requirements. Additionally, the incumbent serves as subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with HRIS systems or HRIS technologies, Payroll and/or Benefits; or prior experience working with Human Resources, data analysis, stem integrations and data interfaces is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. HR or HRIS related certification(s) (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or HRIP) is preferred. Prior experience with ERP implementations, especially Oracle /Lawson solutions is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR reporting/analytics tools. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
