*Compensation:* $65/hour + Monthly Transportation Stipend
*Schedule:* Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible and Morning Hours Available

*What You'll Do*
* Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
* Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
* Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
* Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs’ clinical skills development
* Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
* Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
* Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
* *Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards, following BACB guidelines, telehealth best practices, and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent, high-quality care*
*Education/Experience and Other Requirements*
* Active *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* certification
* *Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)* license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
* Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
* Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
