Staffing Delivered is proud to partner with our client—a growing organization in the animal nutrition and manufacturing sector—to find a skilled Finance Manager to join their U.S. team in Buena Vista, Virginia.
About the Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency by providing leadership in financial and compliance functions across the U.S. operations. This includes supporting the growth of the feed additives business, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Working cross-functionally with the commercial and operations teams, this role will help support sustainable profit growth through both organic and non-organic business initiatives.
Main Purpose
To ensure cost-effective and efficient operations by leading all compliance and financial functions, including budget development, planning, and reporting. This role also oversees customer and supplier accounts, manages CPA and PEO relationships, and supports the sales team in growing the company’s market presence in the U.S.
