Our client is a fast growing Private Equity focused business with key sector focus including technology, financial services and consumer driven industries. As a business they are in growth mode and with established offices across the US, Europe and Asia.

They are now looking for a dedicated CCO to deliver global compliance related initiatives that support ongoing transactional work and strategic growth.

The Role

• Support C-Suite stakeholders with new market initiatives and work closely with the wider senior managment team to handle time sensitive requests, as well on-going transactional support.
• Develop and implement a global compliance program, alongside the adoption of a CofE in offices across the US, Europe and Asia.
• Work closely with the SEC and other regulatory bodies around the world to ensure requirements are met ahead of time. These can include regulatory filings, product development/launch, advertising and marketing requests.
• Manage internal compliance staff and external vendors for all global related matters.

Requirements

• 10 - 18 years (candidates with less experience can be considered for a Deputy CCO role)
• Experience working in a compliance function for an RIA and with a focus on Private Equity - Essential
• Experience working closely with the SEC and other regulatory bodies around the world - desirable
• Exposure to overseas markets such as Asia and the Middle-East - desirable
• Stakeholder influencing skills would be exceptional.
